TV Tonight: Big Bang Theory, Bones, Fringe, Private Practice

Posted By on November 4, 2010, 2:30 PM

This just in: NBC has canceled Undercovers and upped Community’s episode order from 22 to 24. Now, if they’d just kill Outsourced, all would be NB-swell. ---

What’s new tonight:
The Big Bang Theory (CBS) The geek universe collapses upon itself when tough-hot Eliza Dushku (Dollhouse, Buffy/Angel) guests as a tough-hot FBI agent who interviews the guys for high-level security clearances. Well played, Big Bang Theory.

Bones (Fox) It’s back! A dancer quits ballet for hip-hop and gets all killed for it—in other words, it’s the perfect excuse to bring in “Twitch” from So You Think You Can Dance as a guest star. Hey, at least baseball is over with …

Fringe (Fox) It’s back!! The Alternate Universe hijinx continue as Walternate conducts more experiments on Olivia (back into the tank!) Over There, while Olivia has visions of Peter Back Here (where’s he’s fooling around with Over There Olivia). Confused? It’ll all make sense … eventually?

Private Practice (ABC) A Very Special Episode: Nicholas Brendan (Buffy/Angel—trending topic tonight) guests as a deranged rapist who gets loose in the hospital and attacks Charlotte. Then a Valuable Lesson is learned about not raping doctors—even doctors that no one actually likes. Or something. Just stay tuned for the PSA after.

Also new tonight:
Grey’s Anatomy (ABC); Shit You Shouldn’t Watch, CSI, The Mentalist (CBS); Community, The Office, Outsourced, The Apprentice (NBC); The Vampire Diaries, Nikita (The CW); It’s Always Sunny In Philadelphia, The League (FX)

Preview: Not only does The Big Bang Theory have Eliza Dushku, but Kaley Cuoco is finally back, too! Yes, she was gone …
