Zucca Trattoria in South Ogden has opened Zucca Market, featuring world-class cheeses, charcuterie, olives and much more. To help kick things off, Matt Caputo of Tony Caputo's Market & Deli will be at Zucca Market this Saturday, July 3, --- from 11AM to 3PM to answer questions and provide tips on preparing an amazing July 4th BBQ Mediterranean style.

Caputo has high praise for Zucca owner and chef Elio Scanu saying, "Elio is an amazing guy who I believe has a dedication to quality, tradition and excellence that is unparalleled in the Utah Italian restaurant scene."

Specials this week at Zucca Market include Gran Biscotto Rovagnatti (the best ham I've ever tasted) for $9.50 per pound, Dolomitenkonig cheese for $12 per pound and Sicilian green olives priced at $6 per pound.

Zucca is located in South Ogden at 1479 E. 5600 South.
