Planning to dine out on Easter Sunday? A number of local restaurant are serving special Easter lunches, brunches and dinners. Here is the information about Easter meals from the businesses who contacted me. ---

Snowbird: Free sunrise service with free tram rides at Hidden Peak, followed by a kids' Easter egg hunt.  Easter brunch from 11-3 in the Atrium and Aerie restaurants. Special menu items include three-pepper roasted Prime rib, cherry cola-glazed bone-in ham, assorted sushi and a chocolate fountain.

Blue Boar Inn: $40 fixed-price brunch runs from 11-4 and includes Prime rib, leg of lamb, seafood omelet, pork tenderloin, salmon medallion and eggs Benedict.

Bambara: Easter brunch from 10-3, $34 for adults, $28 seniors, and $16 for children 6-12. Kids 5 and younger eat free. Bambara is offering a buffet and carving station featuring items such as Caesar salad, brioche French toast, truffled macaroni and cheese, whole New York strip, bone-in pork leg, eggs Benedict, lamb hash, grilled King salmon, custom-made omelets and much more.

Fleming's: Easter brunch 11:30-3, featuring 3 courses for $29.95. Menu choice include a choice of appetizer, entrees such as filet Benedict, beef tenderloin and vegetable frittata, smoked ham chop, lump crab, asparagus and Swiss cheese frittata, and dessert: a choice of walnut turtle pie, creme brulee or cheesecake. 

Spruce: $45 spring-inspired prix fixe brunch menu offered from 11-3:30; Easter dinner is $58, from 5-9.

Log Haven: 4-course prix fixe supper from 12 noon-5; Adults $39.95, children 12 and under $21.95. Featured menu items include potato-leek soup, roast leg of lamb, citrus-brined rooast pork loin, pan-seared salmon, wild mushroom risotto, grilled Angus New York Steak, creme brulee, dark chocolate decadence cake and pear-almond tart.

Lugano: Special Easter menu offered from 3-8, includes oven-roasted lamb, sole with baby artichokes, cauliflower flan with fava beans and pecorino "tartufato."
