Two New Utah Doctors Sanctioned by State Regulators

The Utah Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing disciplined two new doctors in June for unprofessional conduct.---
In June, regulators sanctioned Doctor Albert Hartman, an Ogden physician, for “unprofessional and unlawful” conduct when he failed to keep accurate records of the purchase and disposition of controlled substances. Hartman’s license was placed on probation and he was ordered to pay a $1,000 fine. Farmington Doctor Mark Scott Huff was also sanctioned for “unprofessional conduct” and his license placed on probation for a period of five years.
